Hi, we're opulpet — a new brand born in Shenzhen, focused on smart pet products. Before you look at our products, we'd like to tell you where we come from and why we do this.

From outdoor imaging to smart pet care

Our team has spent 12 years deep in the outdoor imaging field — mainly trail cameras, night-vision devices, action cameras and kids' cameras. Our products sell across North America, Western and Northern Europe, and the Middle East, and we've long provided OEM/ODM services for several international brands.

In 2024 we decided to start a new line — opulpet — bringing everything we'd learned about sensors, low power consumption, reliability and quality control to smart pet products. Our self-cleaning litter boxes, smart water fountains and feeders all come from the same hardware and algorithm team we've been refining for over a decade.

Three things we insist on

• Quality. In-house R&D and manufacturing. Every product is certified to CE, FCC, RoHS, CCC and more, and our production lines are equipped with high/low-temperature, salt-spray and needle-flame reliability testing. We kept return rates low making cameras; we do the same with pet gear.
• Service. Before you buy, we help you pick the right model — litter-box capacity, which filter for your fountain, how to connect the app — just ask anytime. After purchase, we respond fast and won't pass you around.
• Competitive pricing. Direct from the factory, no layers of middlemen. Same quality, we aim to be the better deal.
